Hershey’s Kisses Carrot Easter Treat

These are very easy to make, using just some tissue paper, card stock, and a little bit of measuring. The orange wrapper looks the best and they taste just like you’re biting into a piece of carrot cake with a cream cheese icing flavor in the middle. Yum!!
